Sony reportedly plans to sell off its Vaio PC division

Japanese company Sony Corp. is in the middle of negotiations with the Japan Industrial Partners Fund on the sale of the unprofitable PC business Vaio, Reuters reports. According to the plan under consideration, a new company will be created for the business consolidation of Vaio in Japan.
